You are a Gorilla and drive a Taxi. Every day.

This game is a homage to times where there was no GPS, no Quest Markers, no shimmering paths to follow and no annoying companions babbling the obvious.

Only when you know the city well, when you don’t need a map, you will succeed.

Such a fun GTA 1/London style version of Crazy Taxi

Awesome, thank you for making the video! I enjoyed watching that a lot, not many people played Gorilla Taxi. I wanted to recreate the old feeling of getting to know a city, soit's great that you picked that up and it was cool seeing you getting familiar with the streets.

Really enjoyed this, reminded me of the concept of "The Knowledge" which British cabbies have to pass iirc. Very cool and polished for a jam game, too.

thank you! This was part of the inspiration for the game actually :)

Perfect!
