Gorilla Taxi
You are a Gorilla and drive a Taxi. Every day.
This game is a homage to times where there was no GPS, no Quest Markers, no shimmering paths to follow and no annoying companions babbling the obvious.
Only when you know the city well, when you don’t need a map, you will succeed.

I love this game, it's really fun but once you memorize the map you can only do like 8 people, or naked mole rats? And then you retire, so i wish there was an endless mode or something, though i don't expect you to update this game any more
Thank you, that's cool to hear! Yeah it was just a game jam game, no updates planned. I still like the idea of it as it is something that is lost in modern games, but not that many people played it or liked it a lot.
I think I'm addicted to this game its so soothing please help
I mastered and remembered a map for what.... so sad now
Such a fun GTA 1/London style version of Crazy Taxi
Awesome, thank you for making the video! I enjoyed watching that a lot, not many people played Gorilla Taxi. I wanted to recreate the old feeling of getting to know a city, soit's great that you picked that up and it was cool seeing you getting familiar with the streets.
Really enjoyed this, reminded me of the concept of "The Knowledge" which British cabbies have to pass iirc. Very cool and polished for a jam game, too.
thank you! This was part of the inspiration for the game actually :)
Perfect!
